Hanuman reseques Ram from Aahi Ravan

There was severe fight between Ram and Ravan. Ram destroyed all the the weppons of Ravan and in the edn of the day spared his life to give him. second chance. Ravan returned to his palace and contacted his brother Ahiravan, who was an underground king. He was skilled with black magic. 

Ahiravan came to fight with Ram and was successful in kidnaping both Ram and Lakshman to the underworld. He kept them as prisoners and performed rituals to offer as sacrificial objects to Mahamaya. He performed this to become immortal.

Hanuman came to know the event and went to underworld to fight with Ahiravan and rescue Ram and Lakshman. There was a battle between Ahiravan and Hanuman. Using magical tricks, Ahiravan kept his life as five flams of a lamp. Hanuman took the form of fife faced monkey and blew the flams simultaneously and defeat and kill the demon.

Hanuman rescued Ram and Lakshman and brought them to Lanka for final battle with Ravan.

A great fight was happening between Ram and Ravan.
Ram was brave and steady.
He fought with care and strength.

One by one, Ram broke all of Ravan’s weapons.

When the day ended,
Ram did not harm Ravan.
He gave him another chance and let him go.

Ravan went back to his palace.
He felt angry and ashamed.

Ravan then called his brother, Ahiravan.
Ahiravan lived in the dark underworld.
He had strong magical powers.

Ahiravan came quietly at night.
Using magic, he took Ram and Lakshman away.

He carried them to the underworld
and kept them as prisoners.

Ahiravan had a bad plan.
He wanted to offer Ram and Lakshman
in a special ritual.
He believed this would make him live forever.

Hanuman soon heard what had happened.
He did not stop or wait.

Hanuman flew straight to the underworld.

There, Hanuman and Ahiravan fought.
Ahiravan used many magic tricks.

Ahiravan had hidden his life
in five small flames of a lamp.

Hanuman became very powerful.
He took the form of a five-faced monkey.

With one deep breath,
Hanuman blew out all five flames at once.

Ahiravan lost his power and was defeated.

Hanuman quickly freed Ram and Lakshman.
He brought them safely back to Lanka.

Ram, Lakshman, and Hanuman stood together again.
They were ready for the final battle.

He used used a Sakti weapon on Lakshman. Lakshman become senseless as a result. Rama and his Vanara sena were devastated. Fearing that Lakshman may not survive, they started looking for solutions. A wise physician from lanka named Susan was brought from Lanka to treat Lakshman. The physician told there are herbs called Sanjeevani in a mountain called Gandhamardan in Himalayas.
